Returns

 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

To start a return, you can email us at info@ninecozy.com or send us a message via the chat button on our website. Please include your order number and reason for return.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene reasons, earrings and customized items are non-returnable unless defective.

 

 

Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
